CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life is unpredictable. If you have extenuating circumstances, please call us, and we will do our best to accommodate you.  If you need to pause your subscription for an upcoming month, simply reply by the first Friday of the month, and we’ll resume the following month.  No cancellations are allowed within 48 hours before pick-up. Contracts can be canceled with 30-day notice.
 

REFUND POLICY

At The Pastry Box, we prioritize exceptional customer service and value every client. While refunds are not available, if you are unsatisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us immediately and save the product to return so we can adequately assess the problem. Not liking the flavor, you selected does not qualify for a refund. We will work closely with you to provide the best possible solution. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to ensuring a positive experience with every order.
