At just 13 years old, Andre’a’s journey into baking began with a simple but meaningful gift—a trusty Oster mixer from her father. Known as a jack of all trades, her father wasn’t just the provider in the family but also the creator of unforgettable meals. The family would fondly say, “He made the money and the plates!” From his extensive soul food recipe collection to the best sweet potato pie in the South, his cooking was legendary. But what mattered most was the joy he found in sharing it.

Cooking together became a cherished bond between father and daughter. In the kitchen, over mixing bowls and recipes, Andre’a found her love for baking. She learned that food is more than just a meal; it’s a gift—a gift of love, joy, and a little bit of happiness on every plate.
